WHEREAS the Canada Industrial Relations Board (the Board) has received an application from the applicant, pursuant to section 38(1) of the Canada Labour Code (Part I–Industrial Relations) (the Code), seeking revocation of certification order no. 10820-U issued on June 1, 2015, certifying Unifor as bargaining agent for a unit of employees comprising:

all cargo agents, load planners and the supervisor, operations employed by Cargojet Airways Ltd. at the Halifax International Airport, Goffs, Nova Scotia, excluding sales staff, aircraft maintenance engineers, managers and those above the rank of manager.

AND WHEREAS, the certified bargaining agent is not opposed to this application;

AND WHEREAS, following investigation of the application and consideration of the submissions of the parties concerned, the Board is satisfied that a majority of the employees in the bargaining unit no longer wish to be represented by the Unifor.

NOW, THEREFORE, it is ordered by the Canada Industrial Relations Board that, pursuant to the provisions of section 39 of the Code, certification order no. 10820-U dated June 1, 2015 be revoked, and it is hereby revoked.
