WHEREAS the Canada Industrial Relations Board (the Board), by order no. 11128-U dated March 30, 2017, certified the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 5321 as the bargaining agent for a unit of employees of 4468198 Canada Inc. (Autocars Skyport Inc.) comprising:
all drivers who work for 4468198 Canada lnc. (Autocars Skyport lnc.) and who are assigned to chartered transportation, transportation for crew members, and Air France-KLM, Mont-Tremblant Express and Concordia shuttle services.
AND WHEREAS the Board has received an application from the applicant, pursuant to section 18 of the Canada Labour Code (Part I–Industrial Relations) (the Code), seeking to amend the said order by also including in the bargaining unit description, the drivers performing for the employer a bus shuttle service between the parking lot of Aéroports de Montréal and the terminal of the Montréal-Trudeau Airport;
AND WHEREAS the certified bargaining agent has agreed to this application;
AND WHEREAS, following investigation of the application and consideration of the submissions of the parties concerned, the Board has determined that it is appropriate to grant the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board hereby declares that the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 5321 is the bargaining agent for a bargaining unit comprising:
all drivers working for 4468198 Canada lnc. (Autocars Skyport lnc.).
