WHEREAS the Canada Industrial Relations Board (the Board), by order no. 11061-U dated April 4, 2016, certified the Public Service Alliance of Canada as the bargaining agent for a unit of employees of the Aéroport de Québec Inc. comprising:

all employees of the Aéroport de Québec inc., excluding the General Manager, Strategic Planning Advisor and Executive Support, Senior Management Assistant, Director of Operations, Director of Finance and Administration, Executive Assistant, Director of Development, Manager of Technical Services and Maintenance, Manager of Firefighter Services, Manager of Airport Service, Human Resources Clerk, Assistant Manager of Finance and Administration, Accounting Comptroller, Director of Property Management and Project Management, Project Manager information and technology, Project Controller (PCO) TI, Executive Assistant and Firefighters.

AND WHEREAS the Board has received a joint application, pursuant to section 18 of the Canada Labour Code (Part I–Industrial Relations) (the Code), seeking to amend the said order by excluding the positions of Network Administrator, System Administrator and Office Automation Administrator from the bargaining unit description;

AND WHEREAS, following investigation of the application and consideration of the submissions of the parties concerned, the Board has determined that it is appropriate to grant the application;

NOW, THEREFORE, the Board hereby declares that the Public Service Alliance of Canada is the bargaining agent for a bargaining unit comprising:

all employees of the Aéroport de Québec Inc., excluding the General Manager, Strategic Planning Advisor and Executive Support, Senior Management Assistant, Director of Operations, Director of Finance and Administration, Executive Assistant, Director of Development, Manager of Technical Services and Maintenance, Manager of Firefighter Services, Manager of Airport Service, Human Resources Clerk, Assistant Manager of Finance and Administration, Accounting Comptroller, Director of Property Management and Project Management, Project Manager information and technology, Project Controller (PCO) TI, Network Administrator, System Administrator, Office Automation Administrator, Executive Assistant and Firefighters.
