IN THE MATTER OF THE

WHEREAS the Canada Industrial Relations Board (the Board), by order no. 9981‑U dated December 14, 2010, certified the Public Service Alliance of Canada as the bargaining agent for a unit of employees of the Aéroport de Québec Inc. comprising:

all employees of the Aéroport de Québec Inc., excluding the General Manager, Strategic Planning Advisor and Executive Support, Senior Management Assistant, Director of Operations, Director of Finance and Administration, Executive Assistant, Director of Development, Manager of Technical Services and Maintenance, Manager of Firefighter Services, Manager of Airport Service, Human Resources Clerk, Assistant Manager of Finance and Administration, Accounting Comptroller, Director of Property Management and Project Management, Executive Assistant and Firefighters.

AND WHEREAS the Board has received an application from the applicant, pursuant to section 18 of the Canada Labour Code (Part I–Industrial Relations) (the Code), seeking to amend the said order by adding the positions of Project Controller (PCO) TI, Technical Services and Maintenance Planner, Operations Assistant and Planner and Project Controller (PCO) to the positions already included in the bargaining unit;

AND WHEREAS on January 6, 2016, the applicant withdrew its request regarding the following positions: Planner and Project Controller (PCO) (abolished position by the employer), Technical Services and Maintenance Planner and Operations Assistant;

AND WHEREAS on March 8, 2016 the parties agreed to exclude the following positions from the bargaining unit: Project Manager, Information and Technology and Project Controller (PCO) TI;

AND WHEREAS, following investigation of the application and consideration of the submissions of the parties concerned, the Board has determined that it is appropriate to grant the application and exclude the positions as agreed between the parties.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Board hereby confirms that the Public Service Alliance of Canada is the bargaining agent for a bargaining unit comprising:

all employees of the Aéroport de Québec Inc., excluding the General Manager, Strategic Planning Advisor and Executive Support, Senior Management Assistant, Director of Operations, Director of Finance and Administration, Executive Assistant, Director of Development, Manager of Technical Services and Maintenance, Manager of Firefighter Services, Manager of Airport Service, Human Resources Clerk, Assistant Manager of Finance and Administration, Accounting Comptroller, Director of Property Management and Project Management, Project Manager information and technology, Projet Controller (PCO) TI, Executive Assistant and Firefighters.
