Summary:

On May 30, 2014, Natural Resource Gas Limited (“NRG”) applied to the Board
requesting an order under the Act renewing the terms and conditions, and the period for which, the Corporation of Norfolk County (the “Corporation”) is to grant NRG the right to construct and operate works for the distribution, transmission and storage of natural gas and the right to extend and add to the works, in Norfolk County. The application is also for an order pursuant to section 10(5) of the Act deeming such an order to be a valid bylaw of the Corporation assented to by the municipal electors.
