Summary:

Enbridge Gas Distribution Inc. (“Enbridge”) filed an application dated May 8, 2014, and amended on June 28, 2014, with the Ontario Energy Board under the Municipal
Franchises Act. The application is for an order granting Enbridge the right under the
Municipal Franchise Act to construct or operate works for the distribution of gas, and the right to extend or add to the works, in the Regional Municipality of Peel (“Peel”) for a period of 20 years. Enbridge has also requested an order declaring and directing that the assent of the municipal electors is not necessary.
