Ontario Energy Board

Enbridge Gas Distribution Inc. (“Enbridge”) filed an application dated May 24, 2013 with the Ontario Energy Board (the “Board”) under section 36 of the Ontario Energy Board Act, S.O. 1998, c.15, Schedule B for an order approving the disposition of balances in certain deferral or variance accounts. The Board assigned file number EB-2013-0046 to the application and issued its Notice of Application and Procedural Order No.1 on June 13, 2013 which included an Issues List, a process for parties to intervene, a written interrogatory process, dates for a Settlement Conference and the filing of a Settlement Proposal.
