IN THE MATTER OF the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998, S.O.1998, c.15, Schedule B;

AND IN THE MATTER OF an application pursuant to section 52 of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998 by Tetra Gas Services Inc. to amend gas marketer licence GM-2005-0267.

By delegation, before: Jennifer Lea

DECISION AND ORDER

Tetra Gas Services Inc. filed an application on June 2, 2008 with the Ontario Energy Board pursuant to section 52 of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998 to amend gas marketer licence GM-2005-0267.

The current name on the licence GM-2005-0267 is Energy One Canada Inc.

On March 31, 2008 Energy One Canada Inc. sold its natural gas supply customer contracts to Universal Energy Corporation.  The sale included the right to use trade names “Energy One Canada” and “Energy One”.  On May 28, 2008 the company changed its name from Energy One Canada Inc. to Tetra Gas Services Inc.  There are currently no customers served by the applicant to be affected by the name change.

There are no other changes to Tetra Gas Services Inc. apart from the name change.  All other corporate information remains the same.

I have proceeded to decide the application without a hearing pursuant to section 21(4)(b) of the Act since no other parties are adversely affected in a material way by the outcome of the proceeding, and the applicant has consented to disposing of the application without a hearing.

I find that it is in the public interest to grant the requested amendment to the licence.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT:

The name on gas marketer licence GM-2005-0267 is amended to Tetra Gas Services Inc. The amended licence is attached to this Order.
