Enbridge Gas Distribution Inc. (Enbridge) applied to the Ontario Energy Board (OEB) under sections 90 and 97 of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998 (OEB Act) for approvals that would allow Enbridge to replace a segment of its Don Valley pipeline that crosses the Don River (Project) by way of an infrastructure bridge constructed in 1929 and owned by Enbridge (Bridge).
