Summary:

This is a decision of the Ontario Energy Board (OEB) on an application filed by Union Gas Limited (Union). Union applied under section 90(1) of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998 (the Act) for leave to construct approximately 40 kilometers of 36 inch diameter pipeline from Union’s Dawn Compressor Station in the Township of DawnEuphemia to its Dover Transmission Station in the Municipality of Chatham-Kent (the Project). A map of the Project is attached as Schedule A.
