Summary:

Hudson Energy Canada Corp. (“Hudson Energy”) filed separate applications with the Ontario Energy Board (the “Board”) under section 50 and section 60 of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998, (the “Act”) for a gas marketer and electricity retailer licence, respectively. Due to the similar nature of the applications the Board has combined the applications into one proceeding pursuant to section 21(5) of the Act.
