On October 9, 2014, Goshen Wind GP, ULC on behalf of Goshen Wind, LP (“Goshen”) filed an application with the Ontario Energy Board under section 60 of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998 (the “Act”) for an electricity generation licence as a Feed-In Tariff Program participant. Goshen has applied to be the owner of the Goshen Wind Energy Centre.
