On March 31, 2014, the Ontario Energy Board (the “Board”) received a directive issued
by the Minister of Energy, pursuant to sections 27.1 and 27.2 of the Ontario Energy
Board Act, 1998 (the “Act”). The directive was approved by the Lieutenant Governor in
Council as O.C. No. 467/2014 (the “Directive”).
