Canadian Niagara Power Inc. (“CNPI”) filed a complete cost of service application with the Ontario Energy Board (the “Board”) on November 17, 2014 under section 78 of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998, S.O. 1998, c. 15, (Schedule B), seeking approval for changes to its electricity transmission revenue requirements for 2015 and 2016 to be effective January 1, 2015 and January 1, 2016. In the same proceeding, CNPI has also filed for approval of its customer delivery point standard. CNPI recovers its Board-approved revenue requirement through Ontario’s Uniform Transmission Rates. The Board has assigned the application file number EB-2014-0204.
