ORDER
WHEREAS Heritage Gas Limited applied to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board (“Board”) on October 2, 2014, for a Permit to Construct (NG-HG-PC-162) a district regulating station to deliver natural gas in Pictou County, Nova Scotia;
AND WHEREAS Energy Consultants International Inc. (“ECI”), the Board’s certifying authority provided its report dated November 27, 2014 to the Board;
AND WHEREAS the Board has reviewed the application by Heritage for the Permit to Construct and ECI’s report;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Permit to Construct (NG-HG-PC-162) attached hereto be granted effective December 2, 2014.
