ORDER
WHEREAS Heritage Gas Limited (“Heritage”) applied to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board (“Board”) on September 16, 2014, for an amendment to License to Operate NG-HG-LO-11 authorizing Heritage to operate and maintain a steel natural gas pipeline to deliver natural gas in areas of Pictou County, Nova Scotia;
AND WHEREAS the Board has reviewed the application by Heritage for the amendment to the License to Operate;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the amendment to the License to Operate NG-HG-LO-11(02) attached hereto be granted effective October 27, 2014.
