IN THE MATTER OF AN APPLICATION by HERITAGE GAS LIMITED (“Heritage”) for a LICENSE TO OPERATE A STEEL NATURAL GAS PIPELINE TO DELIVER  NATURAL GAS IN AREAS OF Pictou County, Nova Scotia.

ORDER

 

WHEREAS Heritage Gas Limited applied to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board (“Board”) on February 20, 2014, for a License to Operate (NG-HG-LO-11) a steel natural gas pipeline to deliver natural gas in areas of Pictou County, Nova Scotia;

 

AND WHEREAS the Board has reviewed the application by Heritage for the License to Operate;

 

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the License to Operate (NG-HG-LO-11) attached hereto be granted effective February 28, 2014.
