IN THE MATTER OF THE GAS DISTRIBUTION ACT

IN THE MATTER OF AN APPLICATION by HERITAGE GAS LIMITED for approval of modifications to its feasibility test criteria and a proposal to address residential retro-fit expansion

ORDER

 

WHEREAS Heritage Gas Limited (“Heritage”) applied to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board (“Board”) for approval of modifications to its feasibility test criteria and a proposal to address residential retro-fit expansion;

 

AND WHEREAS the Board reviewed the Application filed by Heritage through a paper hearing process;

 

AND WHEREAS the Board approved the Application as amended by its Decision issued on February 20, 2014;

 

AND WHEREAS Heritage filed a revised Mains Feasibility Test (“MFT”) description on March 6, 2014, as directed in the Board’s Decision and attached hereto as Schedule “A”.

 

                        IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Application by Heritage for approval of modifications to its feasibility test criteria, including the revised MFT description attached as Schedule “A”, and a proposal to address residential retro-fit expansion is approved as amended by the Board’s Decision.
