NOVA SCOTIA UTILITY AND REVIEW BOARD
IN THE MATTER OF THE GAS DISTRIBUTION ACT

IN THE MATTER OF an application by Heritage Gas Limited for the approval of amendments to its Natural Gas Distribution Service Rules

ORDER
WHEREAS Heritage Gas Limited (“Heritage”) applied to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board (the “Board”) for approval of amendments to its Natural Gas Distribution Service Rules (the “Rules”);
AND WHEREAS in the Board’s decision dated July 29, 2004, it approved the Heritage Terms of Service, as amended;
AND WHEREAS the Rules are based on Heritage’s Terms of Service approved in the Board’s decision dated February 12, 2009;
AND WHEREAS the Board has determined that an oral hearing is not required for these amendments;
AND WHEREAS the Board has reviewed the Rules, as amended by this application and found them to be acceptable.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Rules, attached hereto as Schedule A, be approved effective on or after November 10, 2010.
