ORDER
WHEREAS Heritage Gas Limited applied to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board (“Board”) on January 18, 2016, for a Permit to Construct (NG-HG-PC-168) polyethylene pipelines to deliver natural gas in areas of Pictou County, Nova Scotia;
AND WHEREAS Energy Consultants International Inc. (“ECI”), the Board’s certifying authority provided its report dated March 21, 2016 to the Board;
AND WHEREAS the Board has reviewed the application by Heritage for the Permit to Construct;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Permit to Construct (NG-HG-PC-168) attached hereto be granted effective April 25, 2016.
