IN THE MATTER OF AN APPLICATION by HERITAGE GAS LIMITED for a PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT FACILITIES TO DELIVER  NATURAL GAS IN AREAS OF Cumberland County, Nova Scotia

ORDER

 

WHEREAS Heritage Gas Limited applied to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board (“Board”) on January 12, 2015, for a Permit to Construct (NG-HG-PC-164) polyethylene pipelines to deliver natural gas in areas of Cumberland County, Nova Scotia;

 

AND WHEREAS Energy Consultants International Inc. (“ECI”), the Board’s certifying authority provided its report dated April 15, 2015 to the Board;

 

AND WHEREAS the Board has reviewed the application by Heritage for the Permit to Construct;

 

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Permit to Construct (NG-HG-PC-164) attached hereto be granted effective May 8, 2015.
