IN THE MATTER OF AN APPLICATION by HERITAGE GAS LIMITED for a LICENCE TO OPERATE A DISTRICT REGULATING STATION TO DELIVER  NATURAL GAS IN AREAS OF Halifax, Nova Scotia.

ORDER

 

WHEREAS Heritage Gas Limited (“Heritage”) applied to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board (“Board”) on December 16, 2014, for a Licence to Operate NG-HG-LO-12 authorizing Heritage to operate and maintain a district regulating station to deliver natural gas in areas of Halifax, Nova Scotia;

 

AND WHEREAS the Board has reviewed the application by Heritage for the Licence to Operate;

 

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Licence to Operate NG-HG-LO-12 attached hereto be granted effective March 27th, 2015.
