On 8 July 1993, TransCanada1 filed an Application pursuant to Part IV of the Act for new tolls to be effective 1 January 1994. TransCanada revised this Application on 14 December 1993 and on 7 March 1994. As part of its initial Application, TransCanada filed a Tolls Task Force report containing various recommendations to the Board on issues considered by the Tolls Task Force. With respect to each issue, the report indicated whether the Tolls Task Force had reached a unanimous or partial consensus or whether it considered that the issue required further study and should therefore be referred to a future tolls case.
