Enbridge Gas New Brunswick (“Enbridge”), filed a rate reinstatement application with
the New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board (the “Board”) on October 17, 2007. The
application requested approval for a partial reinstatement of distribution rates for the
Small General Service Residential Electric, Small General Service Residential Oil, Small General Service Commercial, distribution classes as of November 1, 2007. The application also requested that the distribution rates for the General Service and Contract General Service classes be reinstated to the maximum approved rates effective November 1, 2007.
