New England Gas Supply Ltd. (NENG) is permitted to sell gas only to wholly-owned NENG affiliates and to non-affiliates that are not low-volume consumers as defined by the Gas Distribution Act, 1999. In case where NENG sells to non-affiliates, such sales will be executed under a North American Energy Standards Board (NAESB) agreement or in accordance with the terms of a standard NAESB contract.
