Summary:

By this Order the Public Utilities Board (Board) approves, on an interim ex parte basis,
Centra Gas Manitoba Inc.’s (Centra) application to decrease the current Primary Gas
rate to $0.1551/m³ effective August 1, 2014. The Primary Gas billed rate approved by
the Board for May 1, 2014 was $0.1567/m³. The interim approved rate of $0.1551/m3
will continue until further Order of the Board. The Board also approves the removal of
rate riders that applied to Centra’s Transportation (to Centra) and Distribution (to
Customers) Rates. As a result of the removal of the rate riders, the Transportation and
Distribution rates either increase or decrease depending on the customer class.
