By this Order the Public Utilities Board (Board) approves, on an interim ex parte basis,
Centra Gas Manitoba Inc.’s (Centra) application to decrease the current Primary Gas
rate to $0.1183/m³ effective May 1, 2015 and to continue unless changed by Order of
the Board. For a typical residential customer, the impact of the Primary Gas rate
decrease is an annual bill decrease of 1.7% (or $14 per year). The Primary Gas billed
rate approved by the Board for February 1, 2015 was $0.1252/m³.
