British Columbia Utilities Commission

On March 26, 2015, FortisBC Energy Inc. (FEI) applied to the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission), pursuant to sections 44.2 and 59–61 and 89 of the Utilities Commission Act (UCA), for approval of expenditures of $544,855 to upgrade the Waste Management station (2014 Upgrade), and for interim and permanent approval of the rate design and rates established in the proposed Waste Management of Canada Corporation (Waste Management) Amending Agreement, effective February 1, 2015 (Application);
