By Letter L-46-14 dated August 21, 2014, the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) accepted the Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. (PNG) Annual Gas Contracting Plan dated June 2014 (2014 ACP), which covered the period of November 2014 to October 2015 (2014/2015 Gas Year). The 2014 ACP describes PNG’s plan to meet the natural gas requirements for all service areas, including PNG West and Pacific Northern Gas (N.E.) Ltd.’s Fort St. John/Dawson Creek and Tumbler Ridge divisions, for the 2014/2015 Gas Year;
