ATCO Gas and Pipelines Ltd. (South) (ATCO), by Application No. 1610351, registered on February 26, 2014, filed an application with the Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC or the Commission) under Section 12 of the Pipeline Act and Section 4.1 of the Gas Utilities Act to delete Line 186 from Permit and Licence No. 2913, in Township 48, Range 10 west of the Fourth Meridian, in order to effect the transfer of Line 186 from ATCO to ConocoPhillips Canada (ConocoPhillips). The proposed amendment is related to facilities previously constructed and operating in accordance with approvals granted in Permit and Licence No. 2913.
