ATCO Gas and Pipelines Ltd. (South) (ATCO), by Application No. 1610331, registered on February 21, 2014, filed an application with the Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC or the Commission) under Section 35 of the Pipeline Rules to perform hydrostatic testing of a pipeline (lines 64 through 104 of Licence No. 106) using a 60/40 water-methanol mix.
