ATCO Gas and Pipelines Ltd. (South) (ATCO), by Application No. 1610327, registered on February 19, 2014, filed an application with the Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC or the Commission) under Section 35 of the Pipeline Rules to perform hydrostatic testing of a pipeline (lines 107, 112 and 113 of Licence No. 106) using a 60/40 water-methanol mix. The water-methanol mix is required due to cold ambient temperatures. The proposed work is related to facilities previously constructed in accordance with approvals granted in Decision 2013-422 of application 1609971.
