Summary:

For the reasons set out in this decision, the Alberta Utilities Commission approves the unaccounted-for gas (UFG) Rider D rate of 0.766 per cent, effective November 1, 2018, for ATCO Gas, a division of ATCO Gas and Pipelines Ltd. The Commission finds that the UFG rate should continue to be calculated annually and the request for a ±0.25 per cent tolerance band is denied.
