ATCO Gas and Pipelines Ltd. (ATCO), by Application 22955-A001 registered on September 19, 2017, filed an application with the Alberta Utilities Commission under Section 12 of the Pipeline Act and Section 4.1 of the Gas Utilities Act to amend the “From Location” facility code of line 72 from compressor station, CS, to meter regulating station, MR, in the Lethbridge area. The proposed amendment is related to facilities previously constructed and operating in accordance with approvals granted in Licence 2027. The compressor installation at this site was removed under approvals granted in Decision 22627-D01-2017.1
