Summary:

ATCO Pipelines, a division of ATCO Gas and Pipelines Ltd., filed an application (the application) with the Alberta Utilities Commission on October 18, 2016, requesting approval of its 2017 interim revenue requirement. ATCO Pipelines requested approval of an interim monthly fixed fee, which would recover 100 per cent of its revised forecast 2017 revenue requirement. In the application, ATCO Pipelines revised the forecast 2017 revenue requirement provided in its 2017-2018 general rate application (GRA)1 to reflect the findings of the 2016 generic cost of capital (GCOC) decision2 and to reflect ATCO Pipeline’s second 2015-2016 GRA compliance filing.3
