Summary:
On September 13 and 14, 2016, AltaGas Utilities Inc. (AltaGas or AUI) submitted its 2017 annual performance-based regulation (PBR) rate adjustment filing, requesting approval of its distribution rates and special charges schedule, to be effective January 1, 2017 on an interim basis.1 AltaGas included a copy of its 2015 Rule 0052 filings and an attestation signed by a senior officer of the company as part of its application in accordance with the Commission directions found at Section 13.1 of Decision 2012-237.3
