Summary:
On September 9, 2016, ATCO Gas, a division of ATCO Gas and Pipelines Ltd. (ATCO Gas or AG) submitted its 2017 annual performance-based regulation (PBR) rate adjustment filing, requesting approval of its rates, effective January 1, 2017 on an interim basis.1 ATCO Gas included a copy of its 2015 Rule 0052 filings and an attestation signed by a senior officer of the company as part of its application in accordance with Commission directions found at Section 13.1 of Decision 2012-237.3
