On August 9, 2016, AltaGas Utilities Inc. submitted an application to the Alberta Utilities Commission requesting approval to implement Rate Rider F (Rider F) to collect a net deficiency of $765,771. AltaGas proposed to collect the net deficiency from all rate classes except the irrigation rate class in October and November 2016, and to collect the associated Rider F amounts from irrigation customers in October 2016, only.
