Summary:

In a letter dated October 28, 2015, the Alberta Utilities Commission directed ATCO Electric Transmission (AET), a division of ATCO Electric Ltd. (ATCO Electric), and ATCO Pipelines (AP), a division of ATCO Gas and Pipelines Ltd. (ATCO Pipelines), (collectively, the ATCO Utilities) to file a joint licence fee application with the Commission by November 16, 2015. The application was to include all licence fee related evidence, rebuttal evidence and responses to information requests (IRs) filed in proceedings 35771 and 20272.2
