The newly constructed pipeline would be installed from an existing meter station in LSD 8, Section 30, Township 67, Range 17, west of the Fourth Meridian to a tie-in point on the existing NOVA Gas Transmission Ltd. (NGTL) pipeline in LSD 8, Section 30, Township 67, Range 17, west of the Fourth Meridian. The proposed new construction is related to facilities previously constructed and operating in accordance with approvals granted in
Licence 203.
