On December 15, 2014, ATCO Pipelines, a division of ATCO Gas and Pipelines Ltd., filed an application with the Alberta Utilities Commission requesting approval of its 2015-2016 general rate application (GRA). ATCO Pipelines is requesting approval from the Commission for its forecast revenue requirement of $214,728,000 for 2015 and $250,362,000 for 2016. The revenue requirement approved by the Commission will be collected from NOVA Gas Transmission Ltd. (NGTL), as per the terms of integration between the two systems.
