Summary:
On September 10, 2015, ATCO Gas and Pipelines Ltd. (ATCO Gas or AG) submitted its 2016 annual performance-based regulation (PBR) rate adjustment filing, requesting approval of its rates, to be effective January 1, 2016. ATCO Gas included a copy of its 2014 Rule 0051 filings and an attestation signed by a senior officer of the company as part of its application in accordance with Commission directions found at Section 13.1 of Decision 2012-237.2
