Summary:
On September 10, 2015, AltaGas Utilities Inc. submitted its 2016 annual performance-based regulation (PBR) rate adjustment filing, requesting approval of its distribution rates and special charges schedule, to be effective January 1, 2016 on an interim basis.1 AltaGas included a copy of its 2014 Rule 0052 filings and an attestation signed by a senior officer of the company as part of its application in accordance with Commission directions found at Section 13.1 of Decision 2012-237.3
