Summary:

On September 29, 2015, the Alberta Utilities Commission issued Disposition 20862-D01-2015, approving the natural gas franchise agreement with the Village of Caroline. The Commission also approved the continuation of ATCO Gas and Pipelines Ltd. Rate Rider “A” effective December 1, 2015. The Commission has subsequently been advised of a typo in the Rate Rider “A” amount in its approval letter. The approved rider amount was to be 25 per cent, whereas the Commission’s letter indicated an approved rider amount of 35 per cent.
