Summary:

On July 13, 2015, the Alberta Utilities Commission issued Disposition 20595-D01-2015, approving the natural gas franchise agreement with the Town of Pincher Creek. The Commission also approved the continuation of AltaGas Utilities Inc. Rate Rider “A” of 25 per cent effective July 1, 2015. The Commission has subsequently been advised that Rate Rider “A” was to be effective September 1, 2015.
