Copyright Board Canada Ottawa, June 19, 2015 FILE: 2015-UO/TI-03 UNLOCATABLE COPYRIGHT OWNER Non-exclusive licence issued to Passion Pictures, London, United Kingdom, authorizing the reproduction, the public performance telecommunication of an excerpt of a film

Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 77(1) of the Copyright Act, the Copyright Board grants a licence to Passion Pictures as follows:

(1) The licence authorizes the reproduction of a 16-second excerpt of a film entitled "Going Through Customs" produced in 1977 by Rolly Productions in a documentary film entitled "The Sunshine Makers", for up to fifty thousand (50, 000) DVDs.

The licence also authorizes the public performance and communication to the public by telecommunication of the footage.

The issuance of the licence does not release the applicant from the obligation to obtain permission for any other use not covered by this licence.

(2) The licence expires on June 30, 2025. The authorized reproduction must therefore be completed by that date.

(3) The licence is non-exclusive and valid only in Canada. For other countries, it is the law of the country that applies.

(4) The issuance of the licence does not release the licensee from the obligation to obtain permission for any other use not covered by this licence.

(5) The licensee will pay the sum of five hundred ($500) to the Producers Audio Visual Collective of Canada (PACC) who may dispose of the said amount as it sees f it f or the general benefit of its members. PACC undertakes, however, to reimburse the amount to any person who establishes, before June 30, 2030, ownership of copyright of the work covered by this licence.

- 2 - (6) The coming into force of this licence is conditional on PACC's filing with the Board a Notice of Receipt of Payment and Undertaking which confirms that the royalties, as specified in paragraph (5) have been received and that PACC undertakes to comply with the conditions set out in same.
