Ottawa, June 1, 2006 FILE: 2006-UO/TI-24 UNLOCATABLE COPYRIGHT OWNER Non-exclusive licence issued to CLV Group Inc., Ottawa, Ontario, authorizing the reproduction of building plans Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 77(1) of the Copyright Act, the Copyright Board grants a licence to CLV Group Inc., as follows: (1) The licence authorizes the reproduction of one copy for repair/renovation purposes only of the following plans for the properties located at 50 and 143 MacLaren Street in the City of Ottawa, Province of Ontario: 50 MacLaren: Alter Basement (CDC, 1991); Add Storage (CDC, 1991) 143 MacLaren: Install Patio Door and Landing (no name, June 1993); Removal of Interior Partition (SGA, July 1993) This licence does not release the licensee from the obligation to obtain permission for any other use not covered in this licence. (2) The licence expires on June 30, 2006. The authorized reproduction must therefore be completed by that date. (3) The licence is non-exclusive and valid only in Canada. For other countries, it is the law of that country that applies. (4) The licensee will pay the sum of $25 to any person who establishes, before June 30, 2011, ownership of the copyright in the works covered in this licence. (5) The coming into force of this licence is conditional on the licensee filing with the Board her undertaking to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph (4) above.
