Ottawa, June 1, 2006 FILE: 2006-UO/TI-22 UNLOCATABLE COPYRIGHT OWNER Non-exclusive licence issued to CLV Group Inc., Ottawa, Ontario, authorizing the reproduction of building plans Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 77(1) of the Copyright Act, the Copyright Board grants a licence to CLV Group Inc., as follows: (1) The licence authorizes the reproduction of one copy – for repair purposes only – of the following plans for the property (The Saville Apartments) located at 2090 and 2116 Neepawa and 271 Lockhart in the City of Ottawa, Province of Ontario: • Sprinkler and basement plans designed by Braig, Frigon, Hanley, Brett & Minty (July 9, 1968) • Electrical plans (E1-E6) designed by M.W. Kosub Ltd. (March 20, 1962). This licence does not release the licensee from the obligation to obtain permission for any other use not covered in this licence. (2) The licence expires on June 30, 2006. The authorized reproduction must therefore be completed by that date. (3) The licence is non-exclusive and valid only in Canada. For other countries, it is the law of that country that applies. (4) The licensee will pay the sum of $25 to any person who establishes, before June 30, 2011, ownership of the copyright in the works covered in this licence. (5) The coming into force of this licence is conditional on the licensee filing with the Board her undertaking to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph (4) above.
