Commission du droit d’auteur Canada

Non-exclusive licence issued to CRESA Partners, Calgary, Alberta, authorizing the reproduction of electrical and mechanical plans

Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 77(1) of the Copyright Act, the Copyright Board grants a licence to CRESA Partners as follows:

(1) The licence authorizes the reproduction of one copy for renovation purposes only of the electrical and mechanical plans created by Hrudko Bustos Engineering of Calgary for the property located at 2905, 12th Street N.E. in the City of Calgary, Province of Alberta.

The issuance of the licence does not release the applicant from the obligation to obtain permission for any other use not covered in this licence.

(2) The licence expires on March 31, 2005. The authorized reproduction must therefore be completed by that date.

(3) The licence is non-exclusive and valid only in Canada. For other countries, it is the law of that country that applies.

(4) The applicant will pay the sum of $25 to any person who establishes, before March 31, 2010, ownership of the copyright in the work covered in this licence.

(5) The coming into force of this licence is conditional on the applicant's filing with the Board its undertaking to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph (4) above.
