FILE: 2002-UO-TI-17 UNLOCATABLE COPYRIGHT OWNER Non-exclusive licence issued to Aurora College, Fort Smith, NT, authorizing the reproduction of a publication by Muriel Stewart of MultiMedia Designs Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 77(1) of the Copyright Act, the Copyright Board grants a licence to Aurora College as follows: (1) The licence authorizes the reproduction of The Business of Your Life (comprising of 25 modules) published in 1994 or 1995 by Muriel Stewart of MultiMedia Designs, for use as the main supporting student resource in Aurora College's Entrepreneurial Tutoring Training Initiative. No more than 155 copies of the work shall be reproduced. The issuance of the licence does not release the applicant from the obligation to obtain permission for any other use not covered by this licence. (2) The licence expires on August 31, 2004. The authorized use and reproduction must therefore be completed by that date. The licence is not retroactive. The issuance of a licence dealing with copies made before this date is still under consideration. (3) The licence is non-exclusive and valid only in Canada. For other countries, it is the law of that country that applies. (4) The applicant shall reproduce the following copyright information on all copies of the adapted work: [The Business of Your Life] by Muriel Stewart of MultiMedia Designs©[1994 or 1995]. Used under licence issued by the Copyright Board of Canada in cooperation with Access Copyright, The Canadian Copyright Licensing Agency. (5) Aurora College will pay the sum of $45.20 per package to Access Copyright, The Canadian Copyright Licensing Agency, who will dispose of the amount as it sees fit for the general benefit of its members. Access Copyright undertakes to reimburse any person

who establishes, before August 31, 2009 ownership of the copyright in the work covered by this licence. After that date, Access Copyright may dispose of the amount as it sees fit for the general benefit of its members. (6) The coming into force of this licence is conditional on the filing with the Board of a receipt from Access Copyright for the amount of the royalty specified in the licence, accompanied by Access Copyright undertaking to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph (5) above.
